Booking Policy

• A reservation request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm a booking

• We make every effort to contact you immediately upon receipt of your request, however circumstances may arise and we will definitely be in contact within 24 hrs

• Please be sure to check your Spam/Junk email files for response

• A valid Credit Card and a 40% deposit will be required to confirm all bookings with the balance will being processed upon your arrival

Cancellation Policy

• 14 days notice required for deposit refund

• All refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee

• "No shows" are subject to the full amount of the reservation

Due to our location, Children MUST be supervised by a Parent/Guardian at all times while staying here.
